Educated in psychology, sociology, and urban ethnography at Western Washington University, Brooklyn College, & The CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan, William has been producing documentary film & television since 2008.
His directorial experience includes feature documentaries Let Me Take You Down (MGM/SKY), Rebel Dread (Bohemia Media), Here to be Heard (Head Gear), and KARP LIVES! His films have been distributed worldwide through outlets such as HULU and Amazon Prime, received national theatrical releases in the US, UK, Japan, and Germany, and had festival premieres at The London Film Festival, The International Film Festival Rotterdam, and many others.
His additional works include a development pilot for Titmouse Animation and a 21-episode true crime podcast for Audio Up. He is also the founder and CEO of Molasses Manifesto.
